Themed party for 100 guests in the evening followed by lunch party for 50 the next day.

The concept of a 'mid tour rock party' was developed and working together with graphic designers, Brave Creative, the logo "Chronology" was designed to portray the client's celebration of entering her 40's.

To emphasise the theme, the invitation was a back stage pass on a lanyard. The marquee had a nightclub feel with black linings, special effect lighting, a low seating area, full bar with cocktails, mirrors and guitars decorating the walls, large dance floor and a stage for the band and DJ.

The logo was an integral part of the theme used firstly on the invitation, then as a security hand stamp for guests on arrival, branded on all staff t-shirts, printed on vinyl stickers for the mirrors and behind the bar as well as on the underside of glass table tops.

Guests were served bowls of food throughout the evening and a photo booth and tequila girl were hired for added entertainment.

The garden was lit up with garden torches; wicker sofas and bistro tables and chairs were set up by the client's pool to create a chill-out area for guests outside.

The marquee was then transformed the following morning for a sophisticated family lunch for 50 guests. All furniture was removed and the dark marquee linings and carpet were replaced with fresh ivory linings and champagne coloured carpet. Tables were laid up and the buffet table and marquee were decorated with bunting.
